I’m heading off to meditate for 10 days on December 20 :-)
I announced in my November and December newsletters that this week was my final work week for the year, and now here we are! Tomorrow I will be heading up to the Vipassana Meditation Centre in Blackheath for a 10-Day meditation course. I will have no access to phone or email during this time. I will be very silent 🙂
I’ll be back in town on January 1, and that very day I will be busy making a lot of chai for a fabulous New Year’s Day daytime dance party. Thank you everyone for your support this year. I have enjoyed meeting with many of you in person, as well as via Skype and email.
